Daniel Dugmore
Growing up between the UK and remote Botswana instilled a natural passion for wildlife and exploring the natural world. At the age of 21 I moved to South Africa to train as a safari guide before moving to the edge of the Okavango Delta in Botswana. I immersed myself in the world of safaris and wildlife photography, pushing my technical and creative ability, developing my field skills and gaining experience of animal behaviour in challenging places. I am most at home in remote and austere environments with limited to no assistance, often for extended timeframes. I have a passion for natural history and environmental story telling and I gain as much excitement and enthusiasm planning photo stories and behaviour sequences as I do shooting them.
